William of Newburgh or Newbury (, Wilhelmus Neubrigensis, or Willelmus de Novoburgo. 1136? – 1198?), also known as William Parvus, was a 12th-century English historian and Augustinian canon of Anglo-Saxon descent from Bridlington, Yorkshire.
