Alexander Meissner (Viena, 14 de septiembre de 1883 - Berlín, 3 de enero de 1958) fue un físico austríaco. Estudió en Universidad téchnica de Vienna. Recibió los galardones Gran Cruz de la Orden del Mérito de la República Federal de Alemania y Medalla Rudolf Diesel.
